2. When the Processing is necessary to safeguard the vital interests of the Data Subject and the Data Subject is physically or legally incapacitated. In these cases, the legal representatives must provide their authorization.
3. When the Processing relates to data that is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process.
4. When the Processing has a historical, statistical, or scientific purpose. In this case, measures will be taken to ensure the deletion of the Data Subject's identity.
The Processing of personal data of children and adolescents is prohibited, except when it concerns data of a public nature, in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of Law 1581 of 2012, and when said processing complies with the following parameters and requirements:
